- Well upgrading the firmware would be a good place to start, 2.07
- was the first fairly reliable firmware. The current firmware is 2.12 or
- 2.13 (depending on which BA model you have). Since theses modems support
- FlashROM, upgrading the firmware shouldn't be much of a hassle. You can
- get new firmware from the Multitech WWW site (http://www.multitech.com).
- If that doesn't work, you might want to be sure that there isn't a problem
- with you're serial port, ie do other modems work on it?
